Not to get all gushy but credit where it’s due – everyone I have worked with / dealt with at Delta over the years has been personable, professional, knowledgeable, and has been willing to drop everything to help when we’ve had the odd crisis, with none of the “you’ll need to log a call on our support site and then it will be assessed and assigned to one of our support team etc etc”. I’m genuinely sorry to lose Scuba as one of the systems I support (although Thomas, Paul, Mladen & Graeme will probably be relieved that my “just a quick question” calls will now cease!).
