I want you to know how satisfied we have been with the consistently high level of technical and customer service support we have received from your staff at DELTA.
In particular, when dealing with both Paul Fletcher and Graeme Hogg, to whom we would like to express our wholehearted appreciation for their flexible and very helpful attitudes, their calm and patient manner was recently of a great help to my colleague Leeann Shaw when her frustration reached an all-time high in dealing with a third party sub-contractor employed by the University to link up the new Sentinel control boxes. Paul not only displayed remarkable problem-solving abilities on this occasion, but did so with extreme efficiency and with a good sense of humor, rare qualities indeed. Whilst Graeme has continued to provide unwavering assistance in helping Sport Liverpool develop the operational use and scope of the SCUBA software, to the on-going benefit our staff and customers alike.
I have to say that it’s a real pleasure working with people who know and apply the real meaning of efficiency, and wish to extend my appreciation for the friendly, yet professional business relationship we have with your company.
I believe that you are fortunate to have both Paul and Graeme as employees and if the qualities of these employees act as an indicator for future success, then I would argue that DELTA has a very bright future indeed!
